Mrs Quesenberry class had a glow in the dark game to prepare for TN ready Math next week.

In March, Mrs. Byrds class participated in an IXL challenge to encourage students to practice skills to prepare for TN Ready testing! The top 5 students were awarded today! Together these students answered 7,183 2nd grade questions correctly!

Prek was living their best life today! They revamped octopus 🐙 tag to get some exercise and review skills. They also reviewed their water cycle unit. They talked about precipitation and evaporation and made predictions about what should happen to their cloud in a jar. Check out the videos on our Facebook page:

As part of ongoing evaluation work, UT SWORPS is conducting the Family Survey for 21st CCLC and LEAP funded Extended Learning Programs. The survey will be administered online beginning the week of February 12th. Completing the Family Survey allows us to aggregate results at the state level and inform progress towards our performance measures. You will also receive a report with responses from
families your program serves. The Family Survey is NOT limited to families of students who have attended a minimum number of hours. Families of ALL students who attended the program even for only one hour should be invited to participate.
The Family Survey can be accessed on a computer, tablet, or mobile device. The survey will take about 5 minutes to complete. The survey link will remain open until May 31st.
.
Families will need to type in a program code when they open the survey. The code for each program is: Program Code Eaton Elementary 288
.

Congratulations to our 2024 Track Team!

Good afternoon, Eaton families! Here is your Monday Minute for the week of April 15th.

If you have any questions about the lessons, please reach out to Mrs. Choate at choaten@loudoncounty.org. Here are two links about the lessons: For Parents - Erin's Law (erinslaw.org) (Info About the Law) Home - Fight Child Abuse (Lesson Material)
(3.) Thank you to everyone who came to the Bike Rodeo on Friday night. We had a blast, and we can’t wait to host it again next year.
