As we prepare to observe Veterans Day next week, our cafeteria features a powerful symbol of remembrance: America’s White Table. Set with intention and reverence, the White Table honors the men and women who served in our armed forces especially those who are missing in action or never returned home. Each item on the table holds deep meaning:
🕊️ White cloth – purity of their service
🌹 Red rose – love and sacrifice
🍋 Lemon slice – their bitter fate
🧂 Salt – tears of loved ones
🍷 Empty glass & chair – they are not here
🕯️ Candle – light of hope
