It was a joy to have Jenna as our guest announcer this morning. Words of Wisdom: Love may be invisible, but acts of love are easy to see. Today, focus on the bare essentials of life. Show somebody some love. This is one secret you don't wanna keep!

Miss Hannah's class worked on greater than/less than symbols during Rocket Time! She made "alligator sticks" to help with learning greater than and less than signs. The alligator always eats the bigger number!!

Good afternoon, Eaton families! Happy Valentines Week. 1. Candy grams will be on sale Tuesday and Wednesday this week for a quarter in the cafeteria during lunch time. 2. Our 1st grade is hosting their musical this Thursday called “How the Groundhog Stole Valentine’s Day” at Central United Methodist Church at 6:30. 3. On Friday we are blessing the staff with a cereal bar and are asking for cereal donations because we “cerealsly” love our staff. 4. We will not be accepting any deliveries on Valentines Day, so please save those special moments for when your child gets home that afternoon. 5. There is no school on Monday in honor of President’s Day (Monday, February 17th). 6. This week’s parent tips is from the Governor’s Early Literacy Foundation’s. We have been invited to participate in the K-3 Home Library program this summer. Through this program, all rising 1st-3rd grade students in our school district are being given the opportunity to receive six high-quality books and activity pages delivered to their homes this summer at no cost to families. We sent home the flyer today and attached is an opt out flyer if you chose not to receive these free books. We have also attached it on our website here: https://5il.co/36veb Thank you for all that you do to make EES great! Have a great week and if we can do anything please reach out.
